The availability of an iron was a convenient touch, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit.The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore Alcalá on foot, with the historic university district and tapas bars just a short walk away. The option for underground parking, though at an additional cost, was invaluable in a town where parking can be a challenge. The proximity to the train station also made it convenient to travel to Madrid at an affordable price.In terms of amenities, the hotel boasts a pool, which I didn't have the chance to use but heard good things about. The friendly staff, particularly the younger gentleman, added to the positive experience. The room with A/C, private bath, and hot water met all my basic needs at a very reasonable price point.If you're seeking a cost-effective accommodation in Alcalá without compromising on comfort and convenience, Hostal Don Juan is a solid choice. For budget-conscious travelers looking to explore the town and beyond, this hotel offers a great value proposition that I would consider revisiting in the future.
